What does it mean to create a design archive in Asia? Who are design archives even for, and what can they do? Uncertain social, political, and economic conditions have meant that the act of archiving itself has become central to discussions of decolonisation, activism, and social justice, with communities taking direct control over their own narratives through bottom up archival practices.
